This page describes exactly what this site does — and nothing more. Wherever the site asks you for something, the reason is written here.

This site is not a shop
There are no accounts, no basket and no payment gateway here. No payment details are ever requested or stored. Purchases happen at pharmacies or on marketplace sites, which have their own terms.
What is collected
Only what you enter yourself. There are three forms: the consultation quiz (your answers, and a phone number if you choose to give one), the "one step ahead" form (name, phone, gender, date of birth, skin and hair type) and the review form (display name, phone, rating, duration of use and your text). Fill in nothing, and nothing about you is stored.
Your IP address
To limit spam and bulk submissions, your IP address is hashed one-way (HMAC) when a form is submitted and only the result is stored. The address itself is never written down, and the stored value cannot be turned back into it.
Where your phone number appears
Nowhere. A number given with a review is used only so our team can verify it, and is never shown on the site. A number given in the quiz or the discount form is used only to follow up or to send your code.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies for visitors and carries no analytics or advertising tools. The only thing stored in your browser is whether you dismissed the introductory popup, so we do not show it again; that value stays in your browser and is never sent to the server.
Links to sellers
When you follow a seller link, a tag is added to the address so we can see how many people went there from this site. The tag does not identify you. Once you are on the seller site, their privacy terms apply.
Who your data is shared with
Nobody. Your data is not sold, rented or passed to another company. Only Capiderma staff who need it for their work can see it.
How long it is kept, and how to delete it
Until you ask us to remove it. To have your data deleted, message us through any of the contact channels on this site and tell us the number you used.
