Capiderma Vitamin C Toner

A toner is used after cleansing. It removes the environmental residue and the make-up particles left in the open pores of the face and neck, tones the surface of the skin and keeps it hydrated. It also balances the pH of the skin and, being an antioxidant, protects it against free-radical damage. Beyond that, a toner supplies the nutrients the skin needs.
